 1 cup tuna in water, drained
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 Salt and pepper to taste
 4 large lettuce leaves
 1 medium tomato, sliced
 1 medium cucumber, sliced

In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Lay out the lettuce leaves and divide the tuna mixture among them.

Top with tomato and cucumber slices.

Roll up the lettuce leaves, tucking in the edges as you go, and serve.

Mayonnaise - Most mayo is low FODMAP but it’s important to check the label and ensure they haven’t snuck any hidden high FODMAP ingredients in there like garlic!
