 2 salmon fillets
 2 tbsp olive oil
 Juice of 1 lemon
 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
 Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
