 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
 1 ½ cups broccoli (heads only)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (ensure it's gluten-free)
 Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.

Ingredient Notes:

Broccoli - Why just the heads? The head of broccoli contains the least amount of fructose. It’s recommended that you only have 3/4 cups per serving maximum.
