 2 salmon fillets
 Salt and pepper to taste
 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
 ¼ cup mayonnaise (check there’s no onion or garlic!)
 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 2 medium sized carrots
