 ½ cup popcorn kernels
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Salt to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.

Cook until the popping sounds slow down to about 2 seconds between pops.

Remove from heat and let sit for a minute to make sure all the popcorn has popped.

Season with salt and serve
