Good day, smoothie fans! This Strawberry Smoothie is a refreshing, fruity treat that's perfect for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. The lactose-free yogurt makes it creamy and filling, while the strawberries add a sweet, tangy flavor. Plus, the chia seeds give it a little extra nutritional punch. It's a low-FODMAP snack that's sure to delight!

 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
 1 tbsp chia seeds

Ingredient Notes:

Chia Seeds - Whilst they are low FODMAP, they can be quite high in fibre which isn’t very IBS friendly. That’s why this recipe uses a small amount, as dictated by the guys over at MONASH University (who are experts at this kind of thing!).
