 1 cup pineapple chunks
 1 cup papaya chunks
 ½ cup sliced strawberries
 ½ cup blueberries
 Juice of 1 lime

In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, papaya, strawberries, and blueberries.

Squeeze the lime juice over the fruit and toss to combine.

Ingredient Notes:

Fruit - Pineapples, strawberries and blueberries contain moderate amounts of FODMAPs, specifically fructose. Therefore it’s important to only use a handful of each!
