Roll-up, roll-up! These Turkey and Swiss Roll-Ups are a quick and easy lunch option. They're made with savoury turkey, creamy Swiss cheese, and fresh veggies, all rolled up for a low-carb, low-FODMAP meal.

 4 slices turkey breast
 4 slices Swiss cheese (ensure it's lactose-free)
 ½ cup spinach leaves
 ½ cup bell pepper strips
 2 tbsp mayonnaise (ensure it's garlic and onion free)
