Low FODMAP Turkey Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

 1 lb ground turkey
 1 egg
 ½ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 cup canned diced tomatoes (ensure it's without onion or garlic)
